3 cops get into a small rowing boat in a flooded area and set off. Shovels serve as oars. They sail close to a hedge and hold on to it so as not to drift off. When they reach a power pole to attach a rope to it, they hold on to it, but the boat keeps drifting and one of the cops slips down the pole and ends up in the water. After the rope is secured, the cop climbs back into the boat, which eventually capsizes and all 3 cops end up in the cool water. There are more cops, trees, lots of water and houses in the background.
