Two sections of curved building surround a central circular building. The result looks like a stubby, harsher version of the Toronto City Hall buildings which have a similar basic shape, designed by Viljo Revell and completed in 1965. This building is actually a government building in Beijing, possibly the People's Bank of China, and there are large Chinese characters across the front and an iron fence across the entrance.
