One down (the 10ga 30a breaker circuit), one to go.

Also, I discovered the electrician ran four conductor wire to my two 240v outlets, so now I'm tempted to wire up the 50a circuit with a 4 terminal socket (whatever is the 4 terminal version of the L6-30) so I can have two different extension cords, one that breaks it out into two 120v circuits, and one that terminated in an L6-30 for my table saw.

L14-50r.

One extension cable w/ L14-50p to L6-30r for the table saw, and another cable with L14-50p to NEMA 2x 5-20r (splitting 240 to 2x 120v circuits)

Like a glove! Not bad for my first ever new outlet. Outlet for dust collector to be wired up shortly.

Dear Artisan Makes https://www.youtube.com/@artisanmakes I really want you to own a metal band saw.

I grow weary of you cutting big hunks of metal with a grinder.

Hey #asterisk and #PSTN nerds, does anybody know of a way of selectivly denying calls based on what CLEC an incoming caller belongs to? Looking to deny calls coming from a specific VOIP provider that is spam/scammy. Ex: 617-516-7000 listed under https://www.npanxxsource.com/ is T-Mobile for the carrier

Yes, I know numbers can be ported around, I don't care about that level of granularity.

Trying to help someone, who can't seem to ever get out of their own way, is a really painful experience.

They need help, can't see past themselves, are angry at you, the world, everything, and end up alienating all their friends.

It's such a lose/lose situation. The only winning move is not to play.

why do some bsky.brid.gy posts show up as quote-posts, but others show up with "RE: super-long-link"

Where's that a screenshot of that thread of Meredith Whittaker replying to some dudebro saying that software engineers at Signal is adding AI to Signal and dudebro saying "No, really, you're wrong"

Do you do #woodworking? Do you have a shop of your own? I want to see it! Take pictures of your shop, cabinets, where your hand tools and power tools are. I'm looking for ideas on how to lay out my own shop, and what kind of storage cabinets and work surface tables to design. My shop area is about 24x19ft.
