I thought a saw a cat running by my window (out of the corner of my eye) - but looking out, turns out it was a marten!!!
Wow . never seen one in the wild before.

I was able to watch two squirrels, a red-brown one and a black/dark-brown one, chasing one another along a tree trunk at dusk.
It's truly stunning to watch a creature change direction vertically!
