If you need something to take your mind off... [gestures wildly]... all this, and if you think you can make words out of random letters really fast, than I have the game for you:
Presenting... TangoGo for the iPhone
Collect letters out of a random pile to make words, letter scores add up and also extend the play time. Easy, right? π
No subscriptions, no in-game payments, no data collected. High scores are stored in the game data and don't leave your phone.

Here's a little app I've been working on, now on the iOS app store: Riidaa - a simple text and PDF reader. It's extremely bare-bones, but it provides the one feature the Files app doesn't have: It remembers which page you were on.
I'm charging a dollar for this one, since I actually intend to keep it up-to-date with iOS changes and will maybe add a few more convenience features as I need them myself.

If you are already signed up for my bot @westquake@botsin.space, you might also be interested in my new WesternQuakes iOS app:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/westernquakes/id6479233119
Itβs free and does exactly one thing - show you the M2+ quakes in the region around California for the latest 24 hours.
If you are interested in earthquake activity either along the US Westcoast or in Japan, here are two bots reporting on quakes in those areas:
Western Quakes Bot - quakes above magnitude 2.0: @westquake@geodata.nexus
Japan Quake Bot - quakes from magnitude 3.0 up: @japanquake@geodata.nexus
Both bots lag the real world by about 5-10 minutes.
Time for a short introduction. I grew up in Germany, have been living in the San Francisco Bay Area for two decades and now for more than a year in Osaka, Japan.
I program for a living and still can't believe people pay me for what I would probably be doing anyway.
When I'm not in front of a computer, I'm most likely taking pictures out somewhere or sitting in a cafe reading a book.
Expect the occasional nerd content here, in addition to me boosting a multitude of cat photos.
