Mental and physical health depression suicide

Can't sleep
Wheezing and coughing
19 years with nothing helpful from doctors and given up on by ear noise throat department and respiratory health
Eczema itching with holes in my head and under beard doesn't help either
Really REALLY struggling to keep going even with #AndysManClub for mental side, physical takes my knees out from under me leading to more downward spiral
All the jokes fail at 2am and so exhausted
