I'll avoid covid and eat donuts for breakfast lunch and tea; you go to the gym every day eat nothing but veggie smoothies catch covid twice a year
We'll check back see who's doing better in 5 years

As a health intervention, avoiding covid has a better bang for buck than just about any exercise, diet or vice abstention regime
(I think I first heard that from a cyborg from Shenzhen)

Generally I've come to recommending HEPA filters, because they're a familiar kind of appliance people can get from Ikea or Samsung or whatever, plug in and go
Opening windows is nice, but depends on layout and weather for both efficacy and acceptability; great if you're having a plumber in to fix your sink, less good for regular use
Everything else (HVAC, upper-room UV, far UV) needs some degree of expertise
