Damn, so @defcon@defcon.social has chosen the paradox model of tolerance rather than the social contract model this year?

I've seen multiple indications that they've platformed antivax and other otherwise negative individuals, and that they've expressed that anti-nazi sentiment is unacceptable.

Like, leading up to this year's defcon I was sad I couldn't go, crawling out of my skin not preparing.

I'm worried next year I'll just straight up be unwelcome, because some nazis decided some characteristic about me is unacceptable, and without the convention taking a clear stance, I'll just be vulnerable to whatever may come.

Hi, I'm Rallias.

I'm a former tech-enthusiast. I don't tend to CW my tech rants, unless they dive into politics territory.

I have strong opinions about politics, and what I believe shouldn't be considered politics but for some godforsaken reason is.

I have my pronouns listed as "Under Construction", not because I'm being intentionally flippant or anything, but because I am actively in the process of re-defining that, but do not feel like I've reached the point where I am comfortable asserting an identity yet.
