It turns out "my" shirt design was stolen and used by some US assholes who now sell a Rob Anybody t-shirt.
I can't do anything about that, except giving everybody the design for free - if it has to be out there, nobody should profit from it.
If you end up using it, please PLEASE donate to one of Pratchett's favorite charities or at least to somebody in need.
And add a #GNUTerryPratchett line somewhere, maybe?
Edit: here's the SVG

You know I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to self-promotion, right?
Well, here's the "trailer" for my game (which you can find here: https://pgcd.itch.io/wordrush)
#game #puzzle #wordrush
(I should redo the trailer so it becomes "BOOOM" - fade to black - "BOOOOOM" - melancholy cover of pop song - "BOOM" - epic voice saying "When all seems lost" - BOOM - "finding the right words can save you" - ethereal uplifting change in the pop song - fade - fin)
I realized that I'm perfectly fine with (and often appreciative of) other people's self-promotion - I even make purchases, when the time is right.
So, I guess my revulsion towards my own self-promotion isn't, like, a healthy thing but, rather, just another example of my general maladjustment.
Thus, I have decided to take advantage of my checks notes single new follower to embark on a campaign: I will link to and try to explain all my tracks, one by one.
Hope you don't mind. ❤

My pronouns are he/him but, to be honest, I'm not very attached to them and I'm perfectly fine with they/them.
I don't think there's a great need to refer to me in the third person, in any case, so please use a kind "you" whenever applicable.
I made a lot of music in my life, both alone and with bands.
Today, I think this is the one that I wish I was known for.

It sums up all my love of early #DeadCanDance and movie scores, all my desperation and the tiniest littlest fragment of hope I still have. It's a rather transparent map to my soul, as a matter of fact.
There's also a version with (#goth-adjacent) vocals, but it's not quite as "right" as this.
I have two "house"/montessori beds for children that I bought 3 years ago or so that I wanted to sell but it turns out nobody on Kleinanzeigen wants non-IKEA furniture, so I looked at giving them away instead and I'm happy (?) to report that there are apparently no more refugees or otherwise disadvantaged families in Berlin.
The beds in question (they're obviously currently disassembled)

I would like to get two 10x10x200cm wooden beams and cut them diagonally to get four very long wedges that I can use to raise my mattress base.
Is that doable or insane? And if doable, and if you're in #Berlin or #Germany, is it something I can ask Bauhaus or the like to do for me (in which case, how do you say it in German?)
I'm trying to buy polycone (LDPE)-sealed caps for my DIY fragrance hobby.
Any number of results from China, UK and US, mostly one-click purchase.
Butr I want them from DE (or EU), don't I?
So far I found at least five different, unreliable names for the product., and the websites are:
- old school catalogue ones with PDF and, I assume, fax ordering process
- min 1000+ pieces
- min 100+ € order
- no photos
- 404
- 2€ per cap (10x regular price)
- 10€+ shipping costs
We're going very well.
Happy Today to those who celebrate!
(note: this will work tomorrow as well)
Today, for the first time, I saw a "don't ask again" option related to Gemini in google meet.
Obviously I clicked it immediately, without thinking of taking a screenshot to immortalize the moment.
Well, never mind, I'll take it the next time.
New bullshit just dropped:
When you decline optional cookies, TrustARC just goes ahead and takes a full fingerprint of your browser.
On Nov 3rd I saved a LibreOffice Calc as CSV.
Then I kept on modifying and saving it for two weeks.
Today it crashed, and it turns out it never saved anything to the .ods.
I am... unhappy.
