A beautiful tanager stands in alert profile on a mossy perch. Birb has a small black face mask surrounded by a deep yellow crown nape, and cheek mark. Birb's body plumage is a lovely shade of blue. The background is the blurred green of the nearby forest. This is a Saffron-crowned Tanager at La Florida, Colombia. Nov 2025.
