I mean, a military could just remove the secretary of defense, president, maybe a few others for specific crimes/constitutional violations. Could have them stand military trials and demand legislators try again with different people?

It's the meringue where instead of just whipping egg whites and sugar together, you whip the egg whites, then slowly stream in boiling sugar syrup.
