I'm a composer and recording artist and... mostly an alright kinda geeza 😊 Primary 'playing' instrument is guitar (since a previous century) but I play enough keys, drums and bass to write for them.

Look, this may not sit well with some I know, but it's only this silly old sosige's individual thoughts and feelings.

I played correspondence chess, in latter days on the internet.
I never used a chess book or chess program to cheat.
Call it Klingon honour or whatever.
And besides, that 'win' would not be 'my win' so wtaf?

I feel EXACTLY the same about using some kind of 'creation machine' in my music. I don't even use sample loops or midifile drum patterns. I write it all. It's 'my precious'.

A shout out to all the folks that are thoughtful enough to put a 'not vegetarian' or similar CW on their image posts of meat dishes. I'm not going to melt if I see those pics but yes, I do prefer to avoid if I can. So thank you! 💕

Here's my 'hot take' on car alarms.

Just ban them in their current form.

The only time anyone takes any action is when they are SO pissed off with that bloody noise going on and on and on that they call the authority about the noise nuisance.
