I am Anirban, a physician from West Bengal India. Though I have no training in typography or visual arts, I took up making fonts as a hobby as volunteer member of Free Bangla Font Project (https://nongnu.org/freebangfont), part of an initiative to enable Bengali in Linux desktop.
I am interested in learning newer font technologies such as variable font and colour fonts and how to use open source tools to create them.
