Recovering software developer. I've been Extremely Online since that meant getting a monthly dialup bill over $200 (and 14.4K at that).

"The acid test is whether you take any pleasure in responding to the question, 'what do you do?' I can't bear it."

By using our service, you agree to perform volunteer work that forms the basis of our market valuation. If our market valuation does not reach desired targets, we will expect you to volunteer harder and/or publicly blame you for the shortfall.

I need more examples for this list:

Free as in beer: [AKA "gratis"] item has no monetary cost.
Free as in speech: [AKA "libre"] no liability is assumed for consequences of use.
Free as in mattress (or sofa): item should be assumed to come with hidden costs.
Free as in piano: item will cost more to take into possession than it is worth.
Free as in puppy: item comes with ongoing obligation.

I feel like there should at least be one for surveillance capitalism. Is it Free as in Facebook?
