On my morning bike ride passed 2 very old ladies out for a morning stroll, side by side with their walkers, Tilley hats, and cardigans, cackling together over something. Hope that when I'm that age I have a bestie to go for a morning constitutional / gossip session with on the trail. V. heartwarming start to the day.
