Yeah - Nope.
My Mom drives a used Cadillac car, that my youngest brother bought for her over a decade ago, from a used car ad, after Mom's last car died, after she drove it for almost 20 yrs. This is the current part of interior - she's been taping gloves compartment shut.
I still use clothes from years ago, haven't bought myself anything new for a long time, am gifted stuff, go to free clothing swaps & I sew/upcycle a lot of clothes that are damaged. I can dress myself very well without spending more money.
We are working poor folks. Mom's retired & depends on me & my youngest brother to help her out. We are very far from rich & privileged.
I have always had a creative, eclectic & untypical personal fashion sense & have been outfitting myself on the free n frugal since childhood years. I was dumpster diving before it became a term. Just because we are poor, it doesn't mean we can't look good.
Ms. Que BanhThis is the #Jamaican #JerkSeasoning that I used to #marinate #chicken wings for an hour. Then baked them until fully cooked & the skins were slightly crispy.
I'm eating them with rice & fresh salad(made from our garden veggies).

Ms. Que BanhNot boring, meet at a cafe, 1st date ideas - please contribute your ideas, if you have any. I really dislike boring, typical - let's have coffee 1st dates.
Some of my own ideas/things I'd love to do more, on 1st dates:
- mini-golf fun
- sandcastle building together
- having fun, trying to identity a specific number of natural species in a 1 hour time window, in one beautiful nature space
- creating a fun fingerpainting together, outdoors in a scenic place
- visiting an animals sanctuary/rescue place, open to the public
- having a beach fire & playing my 5 words, storybuilding game
- making a mixed media collage art piece together, in a park
- collecting & using driftwood pieces to build a beach fort or create a piece of collab art

I burned the bottoms of my feet many years ago from not putting footwear on. The hot sand burned them. It was very painful. I do not recommend burning your bare feet. It is the opposite of fun.
Ms. Que BanhAs I learned from my foot burn -> super hot sand can give you 2nd degree burns very quickly. Please be safe 🙏
