Mandy MacReading the science on all the mental and physical health benefits of #sauna convinced me, I have to find a sauna, I must buy a sauna. But that's not possible. So I've been sitting in my car in the sun here in Florida for 20 minutes, in a towel, and I cannot tell any difference. Feels great. But maybe I'll need a car air freshener soon. #Sauna
