Meltcats are a catlike species consisting of slime that, in our native bodies, can change its shape and texture from solid to liquid, it can grow different tissues like bones, muscles, skin, fur, brain or just stay slimy.
Meltcats can change at will, but not instantly (it takes some minutes, but with skill they can achieve faster shifting). The arrangement of tissue is basically unrestricted.
Meltcats donβt have a concept of difficult to change, imposed biological sex, and just grow the tits and genitals they like.
Meltcats can also physically merge and split apart.
Meltcats have a hedonistic, pleasure oriented society, that includes sex, play, cuddling, nerdery and more. They also do work, but donβt force everyone to work. They are generally cooperative with each other. Though there are different meltcat cultures (just like with humans), so take this with a grain of salt.
Meltcats physically specialize their bodies to their job, molding their soup into sentient machines.
Meltcats feed each other with their milk, deriving the energy ultimately from photosynthesis. They can also live off electricity. Though they also enjoy the pleasure of creative meals.

About how disability would work for cisspecies meltcats (repost from old account)
Disability works differently for (cisspecies) meltcats than it does for humans and many other Earth creatures.
Meltcats can melt their body or parts of it into slime, reshape it and resolidify.
That means they have an easy time restoring damaged or lost body parts. They melt the affected area, possibly borrowing some spare slime, and bring it back into a workable shape.
So an event that would leave a human body permanently disabled, like losing a hand, breaking the spine or getting stabbed in an eye, would be an easily fixed situation for a cisspecies meltcat.
However, due to their reshaping capabilities, meltcats can also heavily optimize their body to their tasks. They can add body parts, such as extra arms, legs or eyes. They can also go for different layouts, for example anthro, taur, quadruped, blob, serpent or something even more specialized. They probably can even adjust their brain size.
They can also omit body parts and abilities if they don't personally need them, like eyesight, hearing, arms, hands, legs, reproduction, the ability to eat solid food (as opposed to meltcat milk, which doesn't need teeth or a tongue and can be handled by a simple, vagina like mouth) or even intelligence.
They can choose to acquire those abilities (again or for the first time) later on in their life, so it's not as big of a deal for them to not have them.
That means accessibility would be approached from a different perspective:
In humans, the majority of humans have similar abilities, and accessibility is to support an involuntary minority. The expectation is that every human should be able to access everything where it is feasible.
In meltcats, there's a massive variation in body layouts and abilities. Accessibility is provided where a general public population of meltcats is expected. The expectation is that meltcats adapt their body to the places and activities they do. Meltcats are also a communal species, so they don't have the individualistic expectation that every meltcat must be able to do everything on their own.
About meltcats' sexual behavior (repost from old account)
I imagine meltcats to be a playful, cooperative, cuddly and horny (comparable to bonobos on Earth) species.
They don't really separate play, cuddles and sex. A lot of their sex is non-reproductive, they can choose whether to have gonads.
They can choose which genitals they have, where on their body they are and how many of them they have at the same time.
If they have gonads, they can go into heat which drastically increases their drive to have reproductive sex.
If you don't know yet what meltcats are, they are a catlike species that can melt into slime at will and use that to mold their body into any shape they want or need. I am a transspecies meltcat in a human body.

If we entirely abolished money and payments, the whole payment processor censorship drama would not exist at all.
Imagine if artists and everyone else get all their needs fulfilled for free, and don't have to charge anything for their work to survive.
We could abolish copyright and patents entirely, and creative output could be enjoyed by everyone for free. No more DRM, no more ads, no more annoying subscriptions.
We could just download everything we want for free and it would be completely legal.
Also everyone could build more creative output on top of other people's creativity: PokΓ©mon fangames and romhacks wouldn't have to fear Nintendo's lawyers anymore.

- The relationship between workplace and worker would be purely voluntary.
- The workplace couldn't force bullshit on the worker because the worker can just leave as they're not dependent on getting money from the job. By bullshit I mean things like micromanagement, no or too little sick leave and vacation time, authoritarian structures (you have to do what your boss tells you to) or forced in-person presence for work that can be done remotely.
- Hiring more people wouldn't cost the workplace anything, so they would immediately hire anyone even halfway qualified. No more writing a dozen job applications that get denied.
- Most people enjoy their job, or would if they didn't get bullshit forced upon them on top of the actual work (see above). And people recognize that work needs to be done. So I do think people would still choose to work even if it's entirely voluntary.

Cisspecies meltcat meat would be more vegan-friendly than any meat currently existing on Earth.
You could just ask a cisspecies meltcat to, for example, melt their shoulder so that their arm falls off. The meltcat wouldn't suffer long term consequences, they can just grow a new arm.
On an industrial scale, there would probably be a bunch of meltcats growing pieces of meat to drop from their bodies all the time, as a job.
