The biggest problem with fedi "meta" (I still think fedipol is a better term for it) is that any problem on the network becomes a network wide problem, and that happens because everyone feels the need to state how they feel about it

I get feeling the need to state your opinion on something you care about, but really it's unlikely to have any impact and so it's better to just not say anything

Been working on getting away from oh-my-zsh, partially because I just find it kinda annoying to use, but partly also because I felt that my startup times could be a be slow if my PC was under heavy load

Well I've now done some benchmarks, and zsh -ic exit doesn't really seem to be noticeably faster at all

Although maybe the most important things do load faster, idk, I can't really put numbers on that

And I will only stare at the screen for up to a minute and then do something else until I get a notification
