Lee Holmes :donor:I really like the way that UmpScorecards intelligently measures umpire accuracy. The percentage of correct calls is not the best measure since some games have a lot more pitches that are really hard calls.
So measuring their correct calls vs. expected correct calls (of an "average" umpire) is much more enlightening.
