When I'm not working, shoveling snow , or tending to the back 40, or cooking, I like to read, do visual art (#drawing, #painting), enjoy thoughtfully prepared food with locally sourced ingredients (#foodie, #gastropub, #craftbeer), reading (#historicalfiction, #sciencefiction, #fantasy, #arthistory), and doing jigsaw puzzles with M'Luv (yes, I'm married). I am a bad feminist, but I support the National Museum of Women in the Arts. Big fan of Frida Kahlo and Remedios Varo.

I'm on the #neurodivergent spectrum (a psychologist told me it wasn't worth a couple grand to get an ADHD diagnosis, since I was too focussed). I will only admit to being "wired differently," not always in a good way.
Politically progressive and #agnostic. I follow the news at too many outlets to tag here and I follow way too many podcasts. I am a dual citizen of the United States of Amerigo Vespucci and the #Driftless Free State.
