Alas, most posts on twitter about interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS (C/2025 N1) are about 3I/ATLAS being an alien ship, not a comet. Avi Loeb gets a lot of mentions; many others have joined the bandwagon.

If aliens really want to destroy earth or turn earthlings into slaves, they don't need to send spaceships, they simply should get on twitter and post such brain-cell-killing garbage.

Wait a minute ...

"Earthrise" - captured on Dec. 24, 1968 by Apollo 8 astronaut Bill Anders.

Astronauts Frank Borman, Jim Lovell, and Bill Anders became the first humans to orbit the Moon and the first to witness the awe-inspiring sight.

50 years later, Anders observed - "We set out to explore the moon and instead discovered the Earth."

Wilderness photographer Galen Rowell called Earthrise "the most influential environmental photograph ever taken."

What are your thoughts?

Why is the surface of Kuiper belt object Arrokoth red in color, when its primary component Methane Ice is generally white in appearance?

It is believed to be caused by complex organic compounds called tholins, which are produced from the photolysis of various simple organic and volatile compounds by cosmic rays and ultraviolet solar radiation.
