I'm not sure if that is a dutch problem, or a "I'm to german to understand" kinda thing: why are there no grade numbers on the flour
Like, in germany we have these numbers that indicate how much of the grain is in the flour. Like, 403 is the whitest grain you can imagine. 6?? is slightly less white. 1030 is a old middle ground, and what I usually use.
And then there is full corn flour at 1500 something. E.g. great for bread
