It was 85 degrees when I went to bed and it's 80 degrees now at 8am. Awful night trying to sleep.
Now adverts are using a new and more annoying way to con you into clicking their little images. It's the same as Facebook clickbait, half a sentence.
So now we see "pink salt is....", "solar panels are....", big boost for..." and so on.
Don't they realise that is actually counter productive because people, well me anyway, are much more likely to say, I don't care enough to click the link.
Oh my, this heat is really getting me down. It keeps getting hotter, day after day.
I know some countries are used to it, but in the UK we are used to temperate weather, and change. We don't get long periods of cold or hot - not until now.
We and our houses, shops and places of work, are not really built to deal with this kind of continual sweltering heat.
