Building a little workshop into a camper van brings up some funny design constraints. Every kg burns more fuel and eats into my overall weight budget.
In a stationary shop I use weights (as pictured) for glue-ups, to tune machine balance, and for a variety of other situations but it feels silly to carry objects whose entire purpose is to be heavy.

What would you bring?

A metal box shaped object with many holes in it. It sits in the palm of a hand. It's original use is for machine tool setup but this one is beat up and no longer useful for that.

A cute little weight with a handle on top. It sort of looks like a squat kettle bell, but small.

Is the pt drama the new standard for burning goodwill? A new baby can make anyone go feral from exhaustion (ask me how I know) but dang, it just keeps going.
