I attended your presentation at the symposium in April and really appreciated your slides on health policies for conferences. I attended a [blank] conference this past week and at a meeting for the organization's Ethics Committee we were asked to offer suggestions for improvement on their Code of Conduct and I shared your idea on having a clause related to health and not attending while contagious. I also mentioned what you said about having a refund policy that doesn't pressure people into attending while ill.
