I have gotten the printer tightened up and the belts tensioned properly. I can turn it on and see if I can get some heat on the nozzle to swap it.

I also got another patch sewn on some scrap. I may go to the shop tomorrow to see about a new machine.

Next up food.

Oh I am alone this weekend so hopefully I will do stuff.

Sigh….I have borked my main homelab server.

Do I rebuild it again or do I use my desktop?

I think I am going to think about it this evening. I think I may start by doing a quick inventory of my needs. I also think I need a bit more ability to test so maybe repurpose my NUC to test with and toss Ubuntu server on my desktop.

Think I will start off with some notes. I have gotten good at this stuff but stability is starting to be more important.

Weekend projects:

Get stuff together to get the Trike rewired.

Sew 1 patch on my vest.

Start breaking down my 3d printer.

Take the FW12 on a test run of doing stuff.

Plan to update my desktop to be more usable with the FW12

It’s raining. I live in the PNW so it’s not strange but a rain like this in August is weird.

Gloomy yesterday so productive work has been tough. Kinda meh.

As much as I love my trike, some things are a pain in the ass. Like adding powered accessories…

I should have a OEM harness for stuff to tap into instead of running wires. Especially considering the cost of a #harleydavidson. Of course they have updated the model line so the new RG3 has the updated electronics, I am dealing with figuring out solutions that didn’t exist when I bought it.

I need to use my GPS and that kills my phone battery. My speaker has power but it’s barely enough with the GPS. Solution is to run 12v to my bars with a charging mount, upgrading the mount I have to include power. I am going to use a ball mount and center it up on the bars. I may have to get rid of my windscreen bag for some room. I can find a smaller one.
