There is no clean water in Gaza, except bottled.

So “aid contractors” bring rice, flour & other dry food, but they don’t bring water.

What are they supposed to cook it in?

Yesterday my physio did a brilliant job & I left feeling for the first time in 3 months, maybe my back was going to stop hurting my leg so bad.

FFwd: today. Me. Lying on my exercise mat on the floor in floods of tears bc I tried to replicate the stuff she did to me on my own & now it hurts so bad I can’t sit, I can’t stand, & I just can not.

My husband has given me a massage & put me to bed.

While there I’m going to go (figuratively) lick my wounds & hope I didn’t make things worse.

I thought I might do a wee reintroduction, since I’ve moved instances.

I’m Rochelle. I’m a cis pākehā woman & live in Ōtepoti with my husband & my cat Cooper. I have hEDS with pain, fatigue, etc. My husband has CFS.

I enjoy audiobooks, (lit fic, & translation), music (just listening) podcasts.

I love dance, & used to teach social ballroom, latin & street latin.
