I want you to know that no feeling is final. There are better days ahead. There is a tomorrow. You are a fully realized person, and are in no way defined by feelings of despair, dread or hopelessness. You are so much more than that, and nothing can take that away from you. Just like whatever is hanging over your head cannot take away the fact that there will be a tomorrow. Even if you feel like it's impossible now, there will come a day where those feelings will have gone away. It won't happen all at once, rather slowly over time, even if you don't realize it at first. So please, keep pushing forward.

You are not alone. Do not be afraid to accept help. It is okay to let go of fears that try to prevent that.

update: thanks to your overwhelming generosity, i was able to get my first session done. i still need 2-4 more, but thank you so so much already for making this possible. i updated my goal, from the initial estimate of €1000 to €500, since i've been told that i will only need 3-5 sessions.

update 2 (the "pride month" update): i'm able to pay for it, but only because i am constraining my food budget to like €20 a month and putting it all on a credit card. if you feel like you're too stinkin' rich, feel free to throw some money at me, anything that goes above what i need will be kept safe and will go towards future savings for a surgery.
