2ds battery replacement is so stupid
they use a normal removable battery with pogo pins. EXCEPT YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE BOTTOM CASE WITH TRI WINGS TO GET TO IT. IT'S A BATTERY DESIGNED TO BE REPLACED THAT THEY JUST ENCASED IN A TOMB.

the 2ds xl insides. the battery is exposed as well as the entire insides because the bottom case came off, including buttons. it's a normal battery in a little plastic holder with pins connecting it.
