I wandered out to check if there was more to trim along the driveway, and instead, spotted an Emerald Dove.

So I went back inside and grabbed the camera, and to my surprise, it was still there when I came back.

On campus for the first day of this year and I can confirm the tiny frogs are still there.

This one was particularly tiny (approx. 12mm long)

While down the road earlier checking out the creek after the recent rains, I found this little fellow hugging a twig upside down.

It's a young Eastern Water Dragon, and was probably snoozing until I tramped by.
