In the last few days I've focused on the sound fx and the music.
I've added the door's sounds (open, close, locked, key required) and I created a new music for the room 19.
I got mad with the #ProTracker commands 😅😅
I also fixed a couple of bugs and tested the dialogue commands that allow color effects to be manipulated.
In room 19 there is a light glitch to simulate broken neon lights, a switch that the player need to push, is also used to turn off the light effect.

really, really impressed with posty: a mastodon archive -> html static site generator

it ingests your mastodon archive (post history) as a zip, and barfs out an entire static html site with indices and tags. all servable with any standard web server.

this is super helpful because when i shut down the dialup.cafe instance, there was no easy way to get access to my old posts and images.

Non credo di averlo mai postato da queste parti, ma il libro "Il Quinto Giorno" di Frank Schätzing è un libro che ho letto qualche anno fa, ma ancora si aggira nei meandri della mia mente... l'ho apprezzato tantissimo.

Lo leggerò ancora sicuramente!

Good morning Fedi friends!

Some exciting news: I've been invited to speak at #BolognaTechWeek. They have a track called "Social Media Strategies" and for the first time ever they will talk about the #Fediverse !

I'll be on a panel alongside @niccolove@fosstodon.org & @morloi@livellosegreto.it (who set this in motion - grazie!)

I'm not used to speaking about the Fediverse in Italian... so this week I will translate some of my #TheFutureIsFederated articles... so I can practice 🤗🤗

Easing back in to #Lumo #amiga by mapping Zone 7.

I draw it out first so I can see where the rooms go in the grid system, because it’s an arse to shuffle them around once they’re built.

I think I’ll make the MAP room (bottom right) a 1x1 and shuffle the rows to its left up, because skipping grid squares or moving to a new Z is also an arse, but less so.

Also shown, the first try at the map, complete with cuts and tape 😁😁
