Just wondering: Trump announced a week and a half ago he'd "deploy 2 nuclear subs..." to pressure Russia.
So: did anyone follow up? Did he? As one observer posted, it's one thing to announce...it's another thing to DO.

Three separate charges against this cop; my prediction - a suspension of, oh, maybe as much as 2 days.

As a uni student 50+ years ago I worked summers in the bush in BC. In very hot weather it was routine for us to be put on 'early shift'; we were required to be up around 4, in the woods by 6, and out by 2. It was routine, and we understood why. These folks objecting to restrictions are simply unreasonable. Maybe stop thinking of themselves for a bit.

My wife of 50 years came from an #Alberta ranching family. We regularly returned to the home ranch for weddings, reunions etc. 50 years ago all I heard was how hard ranching was, the tough economics etc etc. But noticed all the relatives were driving large, new RVs. And every time I hear from Albertan ranchers and farmers it's the same tune.

On why more women get dementia than men and the lack of studies:
""Not only have we not been included in the research, but even in the clinical trials, we're not represented," she said. "It makes no sense when you think this disease affects more females than males."
Another example of The Invisible Woman (Caroline Criado Perez), a damned good read.
