GentleMan GefI just put on the festive rotating goulash pot to heat
The pot started three days ago, and was a different color.
Once half gone, add new ingredients start over, sort of.
Just added some kielbasa, onion and enough water to add a cup of rice
I also have a nice big roll to make some garlic toast

GentleMan GefI purposely quit watching Copaganda shows when I switched from whatever cable was offering to streaming only for TV.
In the camper with the antenna, I’ve had to be less picky about my murder show consumption
It’s always a nice break when it’s Quaint British murder.
A Priest on a bicycle? A Nun on a Vespa? Solving the latest mysteries about the village?

GentleMan GefStaying in a camper in a junkyard is not conducive to making a traditional Turkey meal.
My late wife used to enjoy the spectacle but we didn’t do it every year.
My jobs also often included working holidays, so no turkey feast is not a big deal for me.
But I do miss the pies!

GentleMan GefI’ve changed up my fry up game.
Usually I brown the meat, onion or other additives and add scrambled eggs and mix it all up
Or omelette style with the ingredients folded in the middle
I have deconstructed the omelette.
Fry meat/onion/peppers/etc then crack two eggs on top sunny side up.
After a bit, as the egg starts to firm up from the bottom, add a splash of water for steam and cover.
After egg is approaching your desired consistency, put slices of cheese right on top. Cover till melted
