Staying in a camper in a junkyard is not conducive to making a traditional Turkey meal.

My late wife used to enjoy the spectacle but we didn’t do it every year.

My jobs also often included working holidays, so no turkey feast is not a big deal for me.

But I do miss the pies!

I’ve changed up my fry up game.
Usually I brown the meat, onion or other additives and add scrambled eggs and mix it all up
Or omelette style with the ingredients folded in the middle
I have deconstructed the omelette.
Fry meat/onion/peppers/etc then crack two eggs on top sunny side up.
After a bit, as the egg starts to firm up from the bottom, add a splash of water for steam and cover.
After egg is approaching your desired consistency, put slices of cheese right on top. Cover till melted

The junkers have already been recycled

They have an offsite storage area full of engines and transmissions that have been moved already in preparation for the upcoming sale of the property
