Recipe: Thai Mushroom Stir-Fry (Pad Hed) 🇹🇭
Updated: I made this tonight, upped the sauce, and it's a thing of tasty beauty. Next time I may add a 3rd type of mushroom 🍄
eg Shitake. Use medium or mild-medium chilis to not overpower the flavors ... a real wow
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic (I used 5)
2 prik chi fa (large mild chilis)
300g mushrooms see notes (your choice but king oyster mushrooms and shimeji mushrooms in this recipe)
3 tablespoons oyster sauce (I suggest 3)
2 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
green/spring onions chopped into 2-inch sized pieces
