The picture is of a burning satellite. So, in other news. NASA spent $750 million developing and launching a satellite that monitors carbon emissions in the atmosphere. It has revolutionized how we understand climate change. It also helps us understand plant growth, and farmers are using it to predict future crop yields. At this point, it only cost $15 million a year to maintain. trump has ordered NASA to shut it down and crash it into the atmosphere and burn it up.

Just 100 companies, which are all fossil fuel producers, have caused 71% of greenhouse gas emissions since the industrial revolution.
Over half of these emissions can be traced to just 25 corporate and state producing entities and I’m going to list them all for you:

25. Nigerian National Pet.

These 25 companies have produced more than 35% of ALL global CO2 emissions since the industrial revolution.

As an #introduction I thought I would tell you that I have written a book.

It is a history of my father, Giles Holtom’s life. He was a member of the Royal Army Veterinary Corps.

Giles told me and my brothers these wild, and exciting stories, sitting at the dinner table. I believed them because, well, I was 7, and he was my dad.
