Good morning ..am back for the second time since midnight with total sleep time of 9 hours in last 24 hrs..finally better than 5-6 hrs .. now can concentrate on losing some swelling or edema ...

they make pills for that...its matter of remembering to use them ... hard to do when brain is too fatigued to do so 😔
