Voronoi chart visualises the % of world's proven oil reserves by country, divided by OPEC (70.4% of reserves) and NON-OPEC nations (30.6%). Venezuela has the largest reserves at 18% with Saudi Arabia (17%) and Iran (9%) in 2nd & 3rd. Of the NON-OPEC nations, Canada has the largest at 10%, followed by Russia 6% and USA (4%)

The old web isn’t a platform, an aesthetic, or a technology. The old web is people creating and sharing because they are intrinsically motivated. Everything we hate about the current web comes from extrinsic motivations. Good luck removing them.

It's so fascinating to see the changes in one company's logo over the years.

A bunch of microsoft logos from the 70s, 80s, 90s and today but instead of saying Microsoft all of them spell Microslop in the vibe of the original logos.

I certainly hope the EU can put the same sanctions on the US for attacking Venezuela as they did on Russia for attacking Ukraine. This is indefensible.

My mom asked me to help her with a problem with her WordPress (.com) site, and oh boy. It's been a while since I've seen a UI that frustrating. The new theme editor is a sluggish nightmare. It took me by surprise too, was originally trying to troubleshoot an issue with her original theme, switched to another, suddenly the theme editor is completely different, previous theme nowhere to be found.
