I am going to draw Mia the mushroom girl. If I can't get someone else to do it of course.

I am doing a social experiment. This is the bag of bad day. I put all sorts of stuff in here so long as it's biodegradable. All this junk will slowly decay and it will eventually start to smell. Every day I will take the cap off to release any pressure from gasses building up so it won't spontaneously burst. If someone asks about it I will just loudly say "DO NOT OPEN THE BAG OF BAD DAY!" and make note of their reaction. I will be pinning this for scientific purposes.
It has a leak. It fell and somehow didn't burst, but instead got a leak. I will fix it by adding more duct tape.
Goodnight fedi -w-
The muffin man has nothing on the mushroom girl
So turns out my druid wouldn't be able to distinguish different smells easier, but she would know exactly where the nearest rotting corpse is because mushrooms don't know what a rose smells like but have an internal compass pointing to food.
I am looking at more articles and apparently lightning makes more mushrooms so adding "complicated relationship with thunderstorms" to this character's traits.

Seriously, a mushroom would be used to smelling things, and knowing when there's creatures nearby, and would therefore probably be able to tell if someone was eating bread on a hot summer night recently by smell. It wouldn't mean a better range of smell, but a heightened ability to distinguish between different smells. This character will also have an affect on the mushrooms.
I am going to make this character in dnd beyond and I will rant about this character when I'm done.
I want to make a chaotic neutral druid with mushrooms growing on them. they will be just a little mad, and their desires will be closer to what I imagine what a mushroom's would be. I don't know how to explain it. What do they gain from this? They have some weird abilities a mushroom would have this also means I get to say the absolutely deranged sentence "man it smells like nothing in here. Which would seem normal enough to this character because they're used to smelling.
